I hired R1 Construction to restore my home after a water leak in Nov. 2025, and I’m so grateful for their entire team. Erica and Ana were my first points of contact and did a wonderful job getting everything started, especially around the mitigation efforts. Their support and coordination at the beginning set the tone for a smooth process, and I really appreciate their help. I also want to recognize Christian Prida for his outstanding work as Project Manager for the restoration of my home. Each of them has tremendous knowledge, empathy, and patience, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the process. I’ve had lots of questions, and each one always responded quickly with clear, helpful answers (I keep joking that I’m surprised none of them blocked me!). It’s very clear they all truly care about their customers, and their actions show it. My most heartfelt thanks to Erica, Ana & Christian Prida for taking such good care of me and my home. Christian Prida and his team recently worked on my house after a broken sewer pipe caused extensive damage. Christian kept in contact with me to let me know what had been done, and the next steps to take. If I had any questions, he was always quick to respond to my texts and phone calls. The men who actually worked in my house were a delight to work with. They paid close attention to even the smallest details. They helped me with any thing that I asked. They also were able to offer me suggestions. I highly recommended this team. Hopefully I won’t have this same problem again, but they would definitely be the first company that I would call.

I had an odd situation with a massive kitchen counter and built-in sink that was very risky to remove to replace the cabinets under it. I also wanted the old moldy dry wall replaced with cement board and well insulated. They used the materials I wanted, replaced the cabinets without moving the counter, patched up miscellaneous drywall, and stained and painted - all in budget, and it looks great. I noticed a few small things, no one is perfect, and they gladly came out, fixed it to my satisfaction, and apologized. It was refreshing to find such professionalism these days.

I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service and quality of the repair work. From the initial inspection with Alfonso, the coordination with Ana, and project management with Christian, everyone was so friendly, responsive, thoughtful, and informative. Christian went above and beyond, helping me find a creative solution to save money. He communicated clearly about what would and wouldn't work, making me feel very confident in the quality of the solution. He was very prompt in his communication and kind to my family (even my cat!). I was impressed by how quickly the work was done and how well what I asked for was executed. I'm so grateful that R1 was referred to me, and I highly recommend them.
